Taking Authority
For many of us, our lives are out of control. We are restless, overweight, and unhappy with ourselves. Although we are Christians,
we feel defeated and helpless. I Timothy 2:7 reminds us that “God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power.” Power is
defined as the ability or official capacity to exercise control, or authority. If you believe you have the Holy Spirit today, then you
should also believe you can have control over your life. Being in control means you have a choice. Therefore, choose ye the Lord
and take control of your life.
